Printing on labels causing issues - Customer Support Forum Hello, We are having issues printing on labels using tray 1. The printer does not always recognise our label sheets (usually around 140gsm) as labels and asks us to use the bypass tray. The bypass tray prints to quick (maybe recognises the paper type as something other than label) and therefore smudges the labels. Trying to print labels and they aren't lining up correctly Go to devices and printers, select any printer listed there and you will get some options on the top. Click on print server properties.
